One Birthing Better skill is to ‘map your pelvis’. You’ll discover the length of your tail-bone and learn a skill to make it mobile so it’s not damaged by your baby passing by.
Families who developed Birthing Better skills focused on creating a mobile sacrum in order to give the baby more space inside and ability to come down, through and out more easily.
Some Birthing Better skills create space for your baby inside your pelvis: Map your pelvis, Hip Lift, Sacral Movement, Sit-Bone Spread, Pelvic Clock. These skills are fun to learn and effective to use.
No birth worker should take the place of you being skilled to birth your baby. You’re doing pregnancy. You’ll do birth. You’ll do parenting. Your skills matter. Teach your doula.
