The vast majority of birthing women labor and give birth vaginally. However, this group is the most diverse. Women can birth alone by intent or accident or find themselves wired for sound with tubes and wires coming out of every hole … and everything in between.

Birthing Better families faced what seems like a dilemma … We’re so different. That was our first hurdle.

We all blink, cough, and can tighten our rectum. 100% of us are giving birth. These two realities made Birthing Better skills simple. We got pregnant to have a baby. We’re going to do the activity and we’d rather do that activity with a good set of skills.
