Fathers supporting VBAC

There are three things a pregnant woman should do to increase her ability to achieve a successful vaginal birth after a Caesarean. First, prepare her pregnant body to create space and open so your baby can move down, through and out efficiently. Second, learn, practice and use birth skills to manage and cope throughout birth no matter what is happening. Third, have YOU as a superb birth-coach full of skills that she can rely on to help her stay on top of and in control of this dynamic experience.
