Birthing Better skills-based method is one skills-based method available to expectant parents around the world. Just learn some skills method and use them during your birth. You’ll birth better.

Since the 1960s there have been global studies about benefits to families who use skills to birth. Most focus on ‘natural birth’. Instead, all birthing women should be skilled. Simple as that.
