- Self-learn and practice birth and birth coaching skills … start about 30 weeks in pregnancy

Giving birth is an activity
Birth and birth coaching skills help you work through that activity
Birth and birth coaching skills work in natural and medical births because you’re still doing the activity.
How so I use the skills if I’m planning a non-laboring Caesarean
You’ll set a date for your Caesarean so prepare your body and practice your skills
Use your skills on the way to hospital. This is your labor
Use your skills while being prepped. This is your transition
Use your skills during surgery. This is your baby’s birth
What if my birth turns into an emergency Caesarean
Just continue to use your birth and birth coaching skills. This is your baby’s birth. Continue to work through your baby’s birth journey.
What if I’m a single mum or my partner isn’t interested?
You still have to ‘do’ the activity of giving birth … learn, practice and use your birth skills
